A Community within a Community

Although Fairway View Condos Units belong to the Fairway Village Homeowners Association, they also belong to the Condo Owners Association, Fairway View Condo Association. The Condo Association collects monthly dues to cover maintenance of the condo buildings, landscaping, and parking lots and to pay for the services of their property management company, whose staff handle those items.
